Constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. Join us for our Workout Of the Day (WOD). Typically three parts — warm up, skill, and workout.

Open Gym
Come work on your mobility, stretching, practicing movements, and strength training with our equipment with coaches available to give tips.

Hyrox Training
We are an official HYROX Training Club. HYROX combines both running & functional workouts in a back-and-forth race welcoming for everyone to compete in.

Fit Over 50
CrossFit classes focusing on the aspects of fitness & body changes that may affect those over 50 more. We’ll ensure you move at your own pace & within your limitations.

Curious about our personal training sessions? We’ll work with you to get you comfortable in the gym and learning the techniques for all the exercises safely and efficiently. These can slot into the calendar at times which suit you.
