We are a CrossFit facility dedicated to the pursuit of excellence through community, effective coaching and fitness. CrossFit is more than just an effective way to workout and get in shape, it is a way of living to be your best. This includes training your body mentally and physically, as well as eating appropriately to sustain an active lifestyle. This also includes the comradery and support of those around you.

It is for everyone, people of all ages. The mom, the athlete, the high school student who wants to become better in sports, the person who wants to lose weight or has trouble losing weight, the elderly who want to maintain functionality, the beginner or the fitness fanatic.

CrossFit Classes

Introduction Class (Free Class)

If you’ve never tried CrossFit before, stop in for a free intro class. In this session, we’ll begin by teaching you some basic movements and then complete a short, body weight movement workout.

On-Ramp/Elements

Following your intro class, you will complete a series of “On-Ramp” classes. On-Ramp classes are designed to teach new members how to safely and effectively perform the fundamental movements used in CrossFit. On-Ramp is also an opportunity for our coaches to learn more about your fitness history and personal goals.

CrossFit Classes

After completing your On-Ramp training, you’ll be ready and eager to safely join a CrossFit class. Each class is one hour long. Though each day is different and each class is new, every class includes:

  • 5-10 minutes of warm up
  • coached skill and/or technique work
  • WOD (Workout of the Day)-a varied combination of strength and conditioning
  • Cool down and stretch
