Warm Up:  Complete 5 Minute AMRAP

10 Goblet Squats

10 Push Ups

10 Split Squats

10 Sit Ups

Weightlifting:  Front Squats

5 X 4 @ 80%

Strength:  Push Press

3 X 2 @ 80%

2 X 2 @ 85%

3 X 1 @ 90%

WOD:  10 Minute EMOM

5 Clean and Jerks (135/95)

Complete 5 Clean and Jerks at the beginning of each minute and then do as many double under as possible until the next minute.  Your score is the total number of double unders completed.
