Warm Up:  2 Rounds Not For Time

Run 200 Meters

40 Jumping Jacks

20 Push Ups

20 Sit Ups

40 Air Squats

Weightlifting:  Snatch Grip Deadlift

Build to 8 Rep Max

2 X 3 @ 85 %

2 X 2 @90%

Strength:  Back Squat (10 Minutes To Find A 1 Rep Max)

Warm Up With Unloaded Bar

Gymnastics:  (Optional- If Time Allows)

Wall Walks x 3

WOD: 10 Minute AMRAP

20 Double Unders

10 Burpees
