10 Sumo Squats

3 X Prehab

:45 Pigeon

:45 Couch

Pause Back Squat 5-5-5-5 (65% across)

–Come to a complete pause at the bottom of the squat before standing for each rep.

5 Rounds, each for time:

12 Reverse Lunges (Back Rack 95/65)

9 Burpees over Bar

6 Thrusters (95/65)
