Group Warm Up:

15 Four Count Jumping Jacks X 2

10 Burpees X 2

20 Air Squats X 2

WOD:  Teams of 3

3 Person Teams partition work as necessary.  Two partners can work at a time until work load is completed.

21 Rope Climbs

200 Box Jumps 24/20

300 Squat Cleans 95/65

200 Pull Ups

800 Meter Run as a Team
