Warm Up: Group Yoga stretching

For Time:

100 Wall Balls (20/14)

4 Pull-up EMOM (start each minute completing 4 Pull-ups while completing wall balls)

Then immediately

100 KBS (53/35)

4 Burpee EMOM (start each minute completing 4 burpees while completing KBS)
