  1. Snatch

Every 90sec for 10mins

1 Squat Snatch @ (60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95+, 95+, 95+%)

WOD: “Thruster Purgatory”

With a continuously running clock complete 5 Thrusters every minute.

0:00-5:00 (75/45)

5:00-10-00 (95/65)

10:00-15:00 (115/85)

Continue adding 20lbs every 5minutes until you can no longer complete the prescribe reps

Finish less than 15mins: 1500m row cool down

Less than 20mins: 1000m row cool down

Less than 25mins: 500m row cool down
