25 GHD sit-ups or Ab Mat
1 Muscle-up
20 GHD sit-ups or Ab Mat
2 Muscle-ups
15 GHD sit-ups or Ab Mat
3 Muscle-ups
10 GHD sit-ups/ or Ab Mat
4 Muscle-ups
5 GHD sit-ups or Ab Mat
5 Muscle-ups

*If you do not have muscle ups clients will do 3 Pull-up/ 3 Dip for each one.*
