2) Bench Press: 2X5 @ 80%, 2X3 @ 85%, 3X1 @ 90%

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
8 Ring dips
10 Box jumps, 24/30″
95/65 pound barbell Overhead walking lunge, 12 steps
