The intro classes are scheduled Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm

To set up your free intro class, consultation, and  go over your fitness goals . Contact us at  845-417-4962.

Step 2: On Ramp

During On-Ramp you  will learn the fundamental movements used in CrossFit.

Step 3

Step 3: CrossFit Group Classes

Once you finish On-Ramp you are ready to attend any of the group classes on the schedule. We look forward to having you be part of our CrossFit Family.
