10 Target Touch Burpees

400 Meter Jog

Weightlifting:  Power Cleans

3 x 2 @ 65%

2 X 2 @ 70%

2 X 1 @ 75%

WOD:  “Barbara”

5 Rounds For Time

20 Pull Ups

30 Push Ups

40 Sit Ups

50 Air Squats

Rest 3 Minutes between rounds.  Add times from each round to get total working time.
