For time:

Start with 400 meter Run
Pull Ups 20 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
Pull Ups 15 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents
Pull Ups 10 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascents

End with 400 Meter Run
