10 Wall Therapy Squats

10 Front Squat w/ Bar

 

Strength: 1RM Front Squat (20:00)

 

EMOM  for 12 mins

3 Power Cleans (135/95)(185/125)

6 HR Push-ups

9 Air Squats ( 6 Alternating Pistols Adv atheletes)
