Skill work: Handstands and Double Unders ( try to hit 20 in a row)

 

4 rounds for time of: ” Tank Empty”
20 burpee jump Ups to 12″ target ( use rings or pull up bars as markers)
185/135 pound Deadlift, 20 reps
10 Handstand push-ups
