We work with members of all ages, backgrounds and fitness abilities and help them become CrossFit athletes. The beauty of CrossFit is that anyone can do it.
Our programming uses a combination of gymnastic (body weight), metabolic and weightlifting movements to increase your level of fitness. All workouts are scalable to your ability and your level of intensity. There are no complicated or intimidating machines at CrossFit Mid Hudson; you will learn that your body is a machine and the mechanism to reaching a new level of fitness. I offer a Strength and Conditioning facility located in Highland, NY. CrossFit Mid Hudson provides clients with a comprehensive health and fitness program, tailored to your needs. I have trained athletes, weekend warriors, and people just looking to get in shape and have a good time. I look forward to working with you and to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our focus is to offer a conditioning program that is constantly varied to create a stimulus like no other.
